Director of Public Affairs Department (25-30k/month)
(1) Job responsibilities:
1. Government communication: Responsible for contacting and regularly communicating with government departments related to business, establishing, expanding, and maintaining communication channels for the company, and establishing long-term good government enterprise relationships;
2. Business promotion: Responsible for expanding the company's business, especially coordinating and communicating with government and industry key projects, understanding project requirements, and developing and continuously optimizing cooperation plans;

Director of Human Resources (20-25k/month)
(1) Job responsibilities
1. Based on the overall development strategy goals of the company, formulate various human resources policies and plans, and adjust and optimize the organizational structure according to business development needs;
2. Establish and improve a human resource management system, formulate and organize the implementation of human resource management systems (including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee development);
3. Regularly provide special suggestions on human resources strategy, organizational construction, and other aspects to senior decision-makers, and provide human resources information support for major decisions of the company;
4. Strengthen the prediction and overall planning of the company's human resources, be responsible for preparing the annual human resources planning scheme and annual human resources cost budget of the enterprise, lead and coordinate various departments to analyze, improve and formulate salary, incentive policies, and systems, continuously improve the competitiveness of the enterprise, and control the total amount;
5. Responsible for building the core team and core backbone of the business team of the company, promoting the training plan for core talent echelon within the company, improving the company's talent reserves and echelon construction, to meet the needs of the company's business development;
6. Manage and guide the daily work of the company's human resources department and the management, guidance, training, and evaluation of department employees;

(2) Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources management, administrative management, or related fields, with 5 years or more of work experience in the same position;
2. Have a systematic understanding and practical experience accumulation of human resource management models, and have rich practical experience in enterprise talent recruitment, job evaluation, establishment of job quality models, salary and benefits design, performance incentive assessment, talent evaluation and development, and team building projects;
3. Excellent communication, organizational and coordination skills, leadership skills, strategic and strategic thinking, and the ability to establish and integrate different work teams;

Chairman's Assistant (15-25k/month)
(1) Job responsibilities
1. Assist the chairman in convening and presiding over senior management meetings of the company, organizing discussions and decisions on the company's development plan, business policies, annual plans, and major issues in daily business operations;
2. Collect, organize, and extract information and data on industry macro development planning to provide support for the company's business plans and performance goals;
3. Master the overall operational status of the company and provide reference basis for the chairman to make timely business decisions;

Industry Attraction Manager (15-20k/month)
(1) Job responsibilities
1. According to the company's industrial service business plan, responsible for industry introduction, implementation of specific industry recruitment, industrial services, and other related work, and timely follow up on the industrial development of the company's affiliated base;
2. Responsible for the specific implementation of the company's base investment promotion work, and cooperating with the landing of projects for enterprises settled in the park;
3. Responsible for analyzing, tracking, coordinating, and negotiating key enterprises in the target industry, and selling corresponding industrial service products to relevant enterprises;
4. Decompose the industry introduction assessment indicators undertaken by this position, develop phased promotion plans, and be responsible for specific implementation;

6. Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with the government, media, and other external public, and obtain long-term stable support for the project;

Showroom guide (7-10k/month)
(1) Job responsibilities
1. Be responsible for daily visit reception and exhibition hall explanation (including but not limited to visit guidance, company introduction and explanation, advance debugging of exhibition hall demonstration, question answering, etc.);
2. Timely update and adjust the content of reception explanations based on the company's business development or product updates;
3. Responsible for understanding the effective information of visitors and providing feedback on the reception of visitors;
4. Assist in establishing a visitor information database and solve reception issues;
5. Responsible for the safety and supervision of exhibits in the exhibition hall during the explanation process;
6. Collaborate with other departments to complete the work.
(2) Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in broadcasting, hosting, journalism, Chinese language, and other related fields;
2. Possess good language organization and communication skills;
3. Candidates with experience as tour guides are preferred;
