Responsibility description

1. Assist the chairman in convening board of directors meetings and senior management meetings of the company, organize discussions and decide on the company's development plan, business policy, annual plan and major issues in daily work;
2. Assist the chairman in the internal communication of the board of directors and the daily management of the company;
3. Coordinate external public relations and assist in dealing with relevant business reception work;
4. Responsible for drafting, sorting out, approving and conveying documents of the chairman; Assist to complete internal legal compliance, process sorting, contract review and other matters;
5. Follow up the implementation, implementation and execution of the work tasks assigned by the chairman;
6. Assist the chairman in making work schedule, travel itinerary and liaison work;
7. Complete other tasks authorized and assigned by the chairman.


Job requirements

1. Full-time master degree or above in key universities such as dual majors or overseas universities of the same level, finance, business management, human resources, finance and taxation, law, Chinese and other related majors, the conditions can be appropriately relaxed;
2. More than 5 years working experience; Management experience in a listed company is preferred;
3. Have a high comprehensive quality, can quickly grasp a variety of knowledge related to the company's business;
4. Have strong organization, coordination, communication, leadership skills and keen insight, good logical thinking ability and adaptability;
5. Have strong judgment and decision-making ability, planning and execution ability;
6. Have financial, tax, legal, financial, business management, human resources and other professional knowledge necessary to perform the duties;
7. Have the ability of capital operation, investment resource integration, organization, disclosure, etc., familiar with investment and financing procedures, investment analysis and other relevant policies and regulations;
8. Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, rigorous style, work carefully and seriously, can work under pressure.
