"Before going to the competition, I actually did not think that I could achieve such a result, and I was really holding the mentality of 'playing a round' in the past." Talking about the "strongest brain" "bonding", Bai Yupeng said it was also "wonderful".

"One of my high school classmates is now in Tongji University, and he signed up when the Strongest Brain was recruiting players in Tongji. Later, the "strongest brain" still wanted more players, the director asked him if he knew any other students who had won some awards and were more powerful, and he recommended me. I was a little confused when I heard the news, but I thought I could give my family a chance to see me on TV, so I took the test and passed.

At the beginning of this year, the program officially opened, and Bai Yupeng's performance was almost amazing. In the first battle "Qiankun Rubik's Cube" and later "Soma Secret Map" and other difficult projects have won the first, many competitors and viewers began to call him "white God".

For the reason for good results, Bai Yupeng thinks that his state of mind may be better.

Bai Yupeng said that he did the problem on the scene of the program, in fact, it will be easier than the usual exam. Because usually exam questions, will be more concerned about the result. After the challenge started, Bai Yupeng came up with a common solution to this problem by communicating with other players in the preparation period. However, he did not go to the scene to answer the question, but ran around the preparation room and handed over the method to everyone.

When the total time of the project challenge is only ten minutes, there is still a primary school player who has not answered the question successfully, and Bai Yupeng still does not play, staying in the preparation room waiting for him.

"Some players answered the question before they knew the general solution, and it is likely that they could not answer it and return to the preparation room." But if by this time all of us who know the general solution have finished the problem and left, no one can tell them how to do it. I just thought I'd stay in the preparation room until everyone was successful." Bai Yupeng told reporters.

After the primary school students successfully answered the question, Bai Yupeng was relieved to come on stage and finished the question in just over one minute. All the answers are successful, the X number disappears, there is no need to eliminate the contestant, and the whole audience is immediately boiling.

"Whether we must stay on the stage, and what ranking we must take, I have no strong obsession." For me, the biggest benefit of this show is to meet a lot of friends, to give a little, to be able to move forward with the team is a better choice."

Bai Yupeng told reporters that in the program to meet various industries, schools, students of all ages, experts, scholars, everyone's way of thinking about the problem is very different, collision together, communication is very rewarding, this is their own more care. Bai Yupeng is a native of Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. In 2020, he came to China University of Science and Technology to study in the Chinese-French class of the School of Mathematical Sciences. Math, French, physics... Bai Yupeng's weekly schedule is full, but he still feels "a little ashamed." "I think my time is very full, but some students can learn two more courses than me, almost every day of the week is full, and still get a good grade, I really admire them." Looking back two years ago when he first entered the campus, Bai Yupeng said that he often felt that "this is worthy of HKUST"!

Bai Yupeng said that almost everyone in HKUST has a state of wanting to do scientific research and want to learn. At the same time, come to HKUST also often see a lot of powerful people and students. "The 'Corico' vibe makes me feel comfortable."

There are no "martial arts secrets" to learn

On weekdays, Bai Yupeng also finds time to play volleyball and badminton to exercise, and recently prepared to "pick up" the sketch again.
